I've always been curious about this, but my question is could you train each of your arms individually. If you wanted to make one arm with alot of power and one arm with a lot of speed could you possibly do this? Your arms may look strange, but if this is possible I believe it could bring light to new ideas and create the ideal fighter.
Extra info... I have been boxing for 8 months, I am an orthadox style fighter and always wondered if I trained my left for speed, and my right for power what the results would be.
